Mix Shrimp PLUS 50g Snowflake Food

from £19.00

Neocaridina Shrimp Mix

We breed all our own stock in our thriving 'shrimp n snail' barn in Cornwall ABSOLUTELY NO IMPORTS

Beautiful mix of red cherry, blue velvet and the golden back yellow

The colours will be chosen as evenly as possible for example if you purchase 10 you may get 3 red, 3 yellow and 4 blues

We always add one or two extra Great beginner shrimp ~ perfect algae eaters

Easy to keep, although easy there are a few very important facts to consider….the tank has to be cycled with all the correct parameters (testing your water is important), be very careful of tank mates, ideally no fish but there are some fish (small mouthed ones) that are safe, do your research!!!

Shrimps will be between 1-1.5cm long, we prefer to send juveniles as they travel better and adapt more easily into their new environments

In the right conditions shrimps breed really easily and before long a few can become a whole colony

The shrimp will initially be pale in colour due to travel but they will soon flourish when settled if the conditions are right

Snowflake food is made from 100% Soya Bean Husk, it expands once it hits water and breaks into flakes after a relatively short time, ensuring that every shrimp, snail and especially the smaller juveniles get food without stress. Its brilliant for all types of shrimp & snails, perfect for breeding & juveniles. Snowflake is rich in vitamins, amino acids, trace elements, fibre and pre-biotic properties which aids with your invertebrate’s digestion.

We will only resend/refund for shrimps that arrive dead, if this is the case do not open the bag and send a picture asap of the dead shrimp in the bag.

We will not be held responsible for shrimps that die whilst in the tank, it is your responsibility to make sure the conditions/tank mates are correct

We feel passionate about our thriving shrimp tanks and for any buyers wanting any information regards keeping and breeding we will always be happy to help

We post out between Monday-Thursday due to not wanting shrimps possibly left in postal depots over weekends

Shrimps are sent in breathable bags fully insulated to ensure safe delivery but just in case of any mishaps an extra shrimp is added, shrimp will be sent trackable via Royal Mail 1st class
